Chairman

Sherman Harris, Jr. is a respected serial entrepreneur, author, and inspirational speaker. As the CEO of Javiere Home Solutions, an A1 contracting company. He envisioned the creation of Endless Dreams Inc. as an independent label to give overlooked talent an opportunity to develop and display their skills without the major label pressure.

Mr. Harris’s commitment to the community earned him the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022, in which his voluntary work got the attention of individuals without him knowing. Mr. Harris continues to create time to mentor youth and men to have them recognize their potential. Endless Dreams Inc., has become another platform to share his skills with artists while creating opportunities by establishing creativity to display on a global scale.

Guided by faith and purpose, Mr. Harris’s life philosophy is summed up by his saying: “I don’t know, but God does!”

Anthony Davidson

CEO

Anthony “Wings” Davidson is a video production professional with over 25 years of experience in film, photography, and music. In 1996, he created Wings World Films in Washington, DC, establishing himself as a force in entertainment and media. In 2012, Mr. Davidson co-founded Endless Dreams Inc. with Sherman Harris, Jr., an independent record label dedicated to developing emerging talent and shaping the next generation of artists.

Mr. Davidson has collaborated with professionals and organizations, which include the Washington Redskins, University of Maryland, Russell Simmons, Mike Beasley, Wale, and T.I. These associations have helped him launched the career of Mira Blues, an American Idol standout. Anthony has a passion for storytelling, which comes across both visually and musically. This stems from his early love of gadgets and his father’s musical influence.

Mr. Davis draws inspiration from Entertainment icons like Tyler Perry, Robert Townsend, and Kanye West, while living by his mottos: “Never let them tell you what you can’t do,” “Dream Big”and“The Dream is Endless.” He continues to push creative boundaries with purpose, resilience, and a commitment to nurturing talent.

Dominique Davis

Photographer/Videographer

Dominique Davis is a director and videographer based in Silver Spring, Maryland. Dominique is descriptive with displaying raw visual storytelling. He can turn everyday moments into cinematic experiences.

Mr. Davis is self-taught in the art. He filmed and edited music videos on his iPhone. What started as a creative experiment quickly evolved into a career defined by creativity, purpose, and passion.

Dominique’s curiosity has opened doors to work with talent in several industries such as music, sports, and digital media. The individuals include Wale, Victor Oladipo, Rowdy Rebel, and renowned basketball trainer Lethal Shooter. His style blends emotion, movement, and narrative to create visuals that resonate deeply with audiences.

In 2018, Mr. Davis joined Endless Dreams Inc. after submitting a self-shot video to co-founder Anthony “Wings” Davidson. Impressed by the content, Anthony recommended him to Sherman Harris, Jr. He was welcomed into the label. Establishing a solid creative unit rooted in trust, loyalty, and shared vision.

Mr. Davis credits his drive from his mother’s strength as a single parent. In the future, he would like to direct feature films while expanding his footprint in the music industry.

At the core of his work is a simple catchphase: “Turning dreams into realities!” It’s not just a quote—it’s his mission.

Dr. Tylisha McKinney

Public Relations

Dr. Tylisha “Tye Live” McKinney is an entrepreneur, producer, and community leader. Dr. McKinney is the CEO and founder of Tye Live Ent., Essential Staffing Solution, and the global women’s empowerment movement, Sister I Have Your Back. With a passion for uplifting others, she has built Tye Live Ent. into a successful business in the production and public relations industry. In addition to leading effective initiatives that unite and inspire women across the world.

A dedicated advocate for entrepreneurship and service, Dr. McKinney has established annual programs that motivate and equip women and men to reach their full potential. These programs have earned her two prestigious honors in the Joe Biden Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023 and an Honorary Doctorate from the Wisdom of God Institute Bible College and Seminary in 2024.

Besides producing and co-executive producing several TV shows, Dr. McKinney has done business with influential figures in the film, music, and sports industries. She is also the proud mother of Amaryah J, recognized as the youngest radio personality in the United States. Through every venture, Dr. McKinney continues to lead with purpose, passion, and drive to empower individuals.
